Cancellation Policy
I will now be taking deposits for all color appointments. (I know it can be inconvenient and I’m so sorry but I have to do this.) 😞 They can be paid through cashapp, Venmo, PayPal or a card on file.
This is how I support my family and I’m having SO many no call/no shows. I do not get any form of payment when you do not show up to your appointment. I have been working late on Saturdays in order to compensate for the people that have been no showing me lately which takes away the time I have to spend with my family.
•Color deposits will be $50 and will be put towards your appointment cost at the end of your service.
•You will have 48 hours to notify me if you need to cancel and I will give you back the deposit.
•If you no show, you will lose your deposit and have to pay another one before booking another appointment/rescheduling.
I understand that things come up last minute (emergencies, sickness, etc.) and those things will be excused and your deposit can be used towards a rescheduled appointment.
